Responsible for supporting enterprise governance structures and transformation oversight activities across EBS initiatives, owning governance documentation, stage-gate and steering committee coordination, and portfolio health reporting, while partnering with regional and global stakeholders as part of the Global EBS Governance and Value Management team.

Responsible for supporting enterprise governance structures and transformation oversight activities across EBS initiatives, owning governance documentation, stage-gate and steering committee coordination, and portfolio health reporting, while partnering with regional and global stakeholders as part of the Global EBS Governance and Value Management team.
Essential Duties:
- Support the design, scheduling, and running of EBS governance forums (e.g., regional Steering Committees, Stage-Gate reviews, portfolio review boards) that feed into the Global EBS Governance and Value Management cadence.
- Maintain a portfolio-level view of EBS transformation initiatives; track strategic alignment, portfolio health, and status against decision-making milestones.
- Prepare business cases, management presentations, and governance packs; facilitate stakeholder meetings across Operating Companies/geographies.
- Track project risks, issues, and decisions across the EBS portfolio; support escalation to the appropriate governance forum and follow through to resolution.
- Develop and maintain governance scorecards and dashboards connecting portfolio/program status to business outcomes for EBS and Global EBS Governance and Value Management leadership.
- Coordinate subject matter and technical specialists to gather inputs required for governance reviews and decision papers.
- Act as a governance point of contact for EBS project and program stakeholders, ensuring decisions and action items are documented and tracked to closure.
- Regularly report portfolio and governance status to program managers, senior management, and/or sponsors and stakeholders.
- Maintain governance documentation — charters, RACI, decision logs, and escalation matrices — in line with global governance standards.
- Provide leadership and mentor lower-level employees.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in Business, Finance, or a related analytical discipline.
Minimum Experience:
Five (5) years’ experience in planning, analysis, and project/program governance, including managing all phases of cross-functional project teams and supporting steering committee or stage-gate governance forums. Demonstrated skill with project/portfolio management software; a related advanced degree may offset the experience requirement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, stage-gate methodology, and portfolio/program reporting.
- Strong human relations, communication, problem-solving, project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Documented effectiveness communicating with stakeholders and senior leadership across a multi-country EBS footprint.
- Technical skills, comprehensive project/program coordination experience, and an understanding of business issues related to ERPs, SaaS, business, finance, or related transformation initiatives.

Certifications (Preferred)
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred. QDM Expert certification preferred. If no certification is currently held, certification should be obtained within 12 months of accepting the position.
