We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and review of enterprise-level solutions that align with our strategic architecture goals.

What you will be doing:
You will provide mentorship and coaching to other architects, offering innovative ideas to enhance existing systems' value and cost-effectiveness. Acting as a technical and functional leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment between IT and business objectives. You will participate in architecture reviews, guide compliance with InfoSec standards, and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders through effective communication and stakeholder management.
Requirements:
- More that 15 years of experience in Java/J2EE and 8 years of designing and solutioning.
- Java, J2EE, microservices, Spring Boot, Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, RPA, SaaS, PaaS, Iaas Concepts
- Good understanding of onprem solution, hybrid solutions and integration technologies
- Knowledge of TOGAF is plus
- Good knowledge of Azure cloud.
- Have skills to translate enterprise strategies to teams,
- Have ability to explain complex technical solutions to non technical stakeholders
- Good understanding and ability of stakeholder management
- Familiar with important concepts such as CI/CD, Test Driven Development and DevOps.
- Creative, passionate and bring innovative ideas.
- Have very strong drive to expand your knowledge, gain new insights and stay up to date with the latest IT market trends.
- Working experience in Agile methodologies
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
- Ten (10) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment.
- A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirement.
