•	First Mile / Last Mile 물류 운영의 생산성과 효율성을 높이기 위한 전략 수립 및 실행
•	공학적/통계적 접근을 통한 운영 프로세스 분석 및 개선
•	시장 변화 및 기술 트렌드에 대응하는 운영 전략 기획
•	신규 프로젝트 기획 및 리딩 (기술 도입, 자동화, 디지털 전환 등)
•	현업 부서와의 긴밀한 협업을 통한 운영 과제 도출 및 실행
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
Experience: Two (2) years of work experience in industrial engineering operations management or analysis network planning aviation industry or related fields
Language: Must be fluent in Korean

전공: 산업공학, 시스템공학, 컴퓨터 사이언스 또는 관련 분야
경력: 관련 분야 3~6년 (과장~차장급)
경험: First Mile / Last Mile 운영 개선, 생산성 향상 관련 실무 프로젝트 리딩 및 데이터 분석 경험
언어: 영어 발표, 회의, 보고서 작성 및 이메일 등 실제 업무에서의 활용 능력
역량:
- 논리적이고 수리적인 문제 해결 능력
- 다양한 부서와의 협업 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 전략적 사고 및 기획 역량
[우대 사항]
- SQL, Excel Macro, MS Power Platform 등 데이터 분석 툴 활용 경험
- 운영 자동화, 디지털 전환 관련 프로젝트 경험
