Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Perform engineering work, as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s). Supports management with the analysis, interpretation, and application of complex information.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responds to issues related to environment, hardware, system, and/or software and implements resolution across technology areas.
2. Supports multiple systems simultaneously and provides leadership for large project efforts.
3. Performs one or more of the following activities: Configuration Management, System Administration, Security Administration, Network Administration, Development System Implementation, and/or Production System Implementation.
4. Provide support or lead activities related to change management, outage management, and/or project management.
5. Provides mentoring for the development of less senior staff.
6. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
Pay Range: $83,799.00 - $160,894.00 per year
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent work experience plus seven (7) years of experience in information technology or engineering environment
• Knowledge of capital planning and forecasting
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, hardware, software, and systems
• Ability to mentor, coach and as a knowledge resource to other employees.
JOB CONDITIONS:
• Some travel required.
