Job Summary
Under minimal supervision plans, develops, implements and evaluates effective large communication efforts including strategy development, content determination, creative direction, research, writing, editing and validation. Works alongside a cross-functional team of Enterprise Change Management experts to orchestrate and communicate enterprise-wide DRIVE operating model changes from Senior Executive leadership to team members 12,000+ team members.
Responsibilities
- Owns Communications Strategy, Planning, Development, and Execution for new DRIVE Operating Model Releases and updates.
- Collaborates with a team of enterprise training specialists, communicators, and change managers who lead strategy, curriculum, and content development as well as execution in partnership with enterprise and portfolio coaches, trainers, and communicators.
- Responsible for knowledge management and change control for materials
- Partners with SMEs, Op Model design, Corporate Communications, Coaching, and the Academy to design and execute releases.
- Coaches and mentor others in less senior positions
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years directly related experience. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years of experience.
- Writing enterprise level communications
- Creating enterprise communications plans
- Developing narratives, email communications
- Facilitating presentations for teams and executives
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Demonstrated experience in institutional or corporate communications with an emphasis on communication planning/analysis and exposure to print and non-print media strategies
· Ability to study complex data and broad business strategy and convert into practical, creative and effective communication strategies
· Highly proficient analytical, problem-solving, organization, creativity, grammar, writing and human relations/relation management skills
Domicile Information:
This position is a hybrid role and can be based in Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business needs.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $10,898.39/month
