The Enterprise Strategic Program Management Advisor serves as a thought leader and consultant, overseeing strategic programs and projects across various domains. This role is responsible for identifying innovative opportunities to drive business strategies and value delivery from ideation to execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include ensuring program management standards are utilized, providing financial oversight, and reporting and presenting on progress for aligned programs and projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Strategic Program Leadership – Oversees large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving transformational impact.
  2. Risk Management & Problem Resolution – Identifies potential challenges, proactively mitigates risks, and escalates critical issues when necessary.
  3. Program Planning & Execution – Develops and implements comprehensive program plans, defining goals, objectives, and success metrics.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Team Collaboration – Builds strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  5. Change Management & Organizational Adoption – Leads efforts to drive adoption of new processes, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.
  6. Financial Oversight & Value Optimization – Evaluates program investments, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing strategic value delivery.
  7. Data-Driven Insights & Reporting – Creates actionable reporting and executive presentations, offering visibility into program progress, risks, and successes.
  8. Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement – Establishes KPIs, tracks progress, and drives ongoing enhancements for sustained success.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business administration or related discipline.

Minimum Experience

Minimum five (5) years of experience in program management or project management in a business environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent analytical, organization and planning skills
  • Strong human relations and communications skills
  • Understanding of business management and operational supply chain management
  • Strong executive presence and experience working with leadership
  • Previous experience at a business strategy consulting firm is considered a plus.

Domicile Information:

This role is remote/hybrid. Candidates located within a 50-mile radius of any FedEx location are expected to be hybrid.

Preferred Qualifications:  

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $7,094.23/month - $12,533.14/month
