The Enterprise Strategic Program Management team members serve as strategic consultants for FedEx business domains, providing thought leadership and pushing business leaders to identify out-of-the-box opportunities. The team collaborates closely with cross-functional teams. Team members in this organization specialize in influencing business decisions using a fact-based approach, taking new ideas from concept to execution, and successfully communicating with leaders.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Management Sr. Analyst/Analyst/Associate to support enterprise initiatives through strategic program oversight and high-impact administrative execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable interfacing with senior leadership, and can seamlessly manage the behind-the-scenes operations that drive successful programs.
The Analyst will play a critical role in:
- Coordinating and facilitating meetings
- Preparing executive-level content and deliverables
- Managing documentation and meeting scripts
- Supporting program delivery and reporting
This position requires a blend of analytical thinking, communication finesse, and operational discipline.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensure adherence to program management standards and operating models for consistent delivery
Plan and facilitate key meetings, including:
- Agenda development
- Note-taking
- Action item tracking
Create executive-level presentations, deliverables, and scripts
Collaborate with stakeholders to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling content
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into:
- Program progress
- Risks and roadblocks
- Key outcomes and successes
Support cross-functional teams in resolving execution challenges
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Executive presence and experience working with senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in creating executive-level presentations and written communications
- Understanding of business operations and supply chain management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Minimum Qualifications
Enterprise Program Management Sr Analyst
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business administration or related discipline. Minimum three years experience in program management or project management.
Enterprise Program Management Analyst
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business administration or related discipline. Minimum two years experience in program management or project management.
Enterprise Program Management Associate
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business administration or related discipline. Minimum one years experience in program management or project management.
Enterprise Program Management Sr Analyst
U.S. Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $10,898.39/month
Enterprise Program Management Analyst
U.S. Pay Range: $4,881.62/month - $8,461.48/month
Enterprise Program Management Associate
U.S. Pay Range: $4,358.59/month - $7,554.89/month
Domicile Information:
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need, with a preference for a hybrid arrangement in Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
