Executive Assistant to EVP – Enterprise Platforms & Infrastructure
About the Role
The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic, trusted partner to the EVP of Data, Digital & Commercial Technology—supporting a large organization focused on infrastructure, cloud, platforms, data, back-office systems, field and edge operations. This position requires exceptional organizational capability, strong communication skills, technical fluency, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, rapidly shifting technology environment.
You will ensure the EVP’s office runs smoothly, anticipate needs, coordinate key operational activities, manage sensitive communications, and help drive execution across a complex technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage and optimize the EVP’s calendar, prioritizing meetings, commitments, and rapidly priorities.
- Coordinate and prepare meetings, agendas, pre-reads, and follow-up actions.
- Draft, edit, and manage executive correspondence, board-level materials, briefing documents, and letters requiring EVP review or signature.
- Manage budget and procurement workflows: contracts, purchase tracking, invoices, office supply orders, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including logistics for field and edge-site visits (remote facilities, infrastructure sites, partner locations, global destinations).
- Plan and execute team events, training sessions, offsites, and onboarding for new hires.
Operational & Technology Team Liaison
- Support coordination of initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, platforms, field/edge operations, reliability engineering, SDLC, ITIL, reporting, and analytics.
- Partner with technology leaders to track milestones, escalate issues, compile updates, and maintain operational rhythm across the organization.
- Assist with data-driven dashboards, performance metrics, and leadership reporting.
- Maintain contract compliance and support vendor/partner coordination.
Strategic Support & Decision Enablement
- Act as a gatekeeper to streamline flow of information, communication, and decision requests to the EVP.
- Proactively identify process gaps and implement improved workflows, standard operating procedures, and organizational efficiencies.
- Exhibit strong judgement, professionalism, and confidentiality when managing sensitive or high-impact matters.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and pivot quickly in response to emerging priorities or operational disruptions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10+ years of experience supporting C-level or SVP/EVP leadership, ideally in technology, digital, data, or operations-driven organizations.
- Strong technical fluency—comfortable with technology terms, digital systems, cloud concepts, infrastructure environments, and enterprise platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); able to build polished executive presentations and efficient tracking tools.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities; thrives in environments where priorities shift rapidly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create professional-grade executive materials.
- Proven experience managing confidential information and interacting with senior leaders and external partners.
- Experience coordinating complex travel across remote field sites, edge environments, and global destinations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative in a fast-moving executive environment.
Preferred (Plus) Skills
- Advanced Excel: pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, or macros.
- Experience supporting data, digital, cloud, infrastructure, field/edge, or technology operations functions.
- Familiarity with technology delivery workflows or enterprise program operations.
- Experience preparing materials for executive committees, governance bodies, or Board reviews.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technology initiatives or operational programs.

Domicile Information:
This position will be domiciled in Memphis, TN.
Minimum Education
High School diploma/GED.
Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.
