POSITION OVERVIEW:
The position is responsible for developing and overseeing audit strategy related to risk identification, management, and mitigation for an enterprise-wide risk management program. The role is expected to manage a scalable enterprise risk management framework aligned to the company’s strategy, regulatory obligations, and public-company governance expectations. The position will also assist in the development of Board of Director reporting and coordination of Board Committee meetings.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, implement, and oversee a fit-for-purpose ERM framework aligned to COSO ERM and public-company expectations
Establish and monitor risk governance, including risk appetite, escalation protocols, and ownership model
Manage the enterprise risk taxonomy, risk register, and supporting policies and procedures
Identify emerging risks across operational, financial, regulatory, cyber, and strategic domains
Develop and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and mitigation plans
Execute Enterprise Risk Management processes
Track execution of risk remediation actions and challenge adequacy of responses
Support the development of the Internal Audit business plan by aligning with enterprise risk management output

Prepare clear, decision-useful risk reporting for executive leadership and the Board/Audit Committee
Coordinate closely with SOX / ICFR, Internal Audit, Compliance, Legal, and ESG to avoid duplication and ensure aligned assurance coverage
Promote a strong risk culture and accountability across the organization
Provide risk training and guidance to business leaders and risk owners
Lead project teams in execution of audit strategic programs
Demonstrated ability to synthesize data to establish conclusions and build programs from the ground up in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Designs, develops, and/or implements innovative, complex solutions, methodologies, techniques, products/materials, and/or programs
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree/equivalency in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Six (6) of progressive experience in ERM, internal audit, risk advisory, or governance roles
- Relevant certification (e.g., CRMA, CRISC, CIA).preferred
- Direct experience with spin-offs, carve-outs, IPO readiness, or public-company environments strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of COSO ERM, risk governance, and Board reporting expectations
- Ability to plan and work on multiple major corporate assignments concurrently
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
