POSITION OVERVIEW:
Routinely lead and manage teams and/or projects/programs for Executives. Provide guidance and support of projects to include the development, communication of strategy and monitoring overall execution. Plan, organize and coordinate various initiatives and provide guidance through the application of process and project management, QDM principles and analytical techniques.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Provide expertise to Senior Executive leadership on special projects and activities aimed to improving efficiencies
2.    Provide direction and oversight to Finance leadership team on overall strategy as well as tactical plans to ensure focus on execution
3.    Lead strategic process improvement projects and collaborate on new technology solutions
4.    Identify strategic improvement initiatives and utilize technology solutions to improve efficiencies and profitability
5.    Design, develop and implement innovative solutions to complex situations independently and with teams
6.    Act as a liaison between functional departments, operations, and customers, both internally and externally 
7.    Ensure minimal exposure to risk through review of contracts engaged from sales, procurement and other areas
8.    Lead projects and initiatives related to any operational changes both long term and short term to ensure implementation occurs with minimal impact
9.    Collaborate in development of tools designed to improve performance in all areas of people, service, and profit  
10.    Act as point of contact for field and corporate employees regarding operational policy, procedures, processes, and budgets
11.    Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
12.    Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience plus seven (7) years’ experience in project and operational leadership, which includes experience evaluating, planning and implementing operational changes and/or improvements
•    Demonstrated experience and skills utilizing QDM principles.  
•    Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills
•    Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization
•    Strong leadership skills
•    Demonstrated ability to create, prepare and present reports
•    Ability to effectively lead project teams, provide direction, guidance, plus mentorship, as needed
•    Ability to develop and maintain relationships throughout the organization
•    Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applicable computer system/programs
•    Strong communication skills (written, verbal and visual)
