Description
Job Duties
Acts as advisor on ground operations programs which improve courier/ agent productivity and effectiveness; determines ground operations input into design, development, testing, and implementation of these programs. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, computer science, mathematics, engineering or directly related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Seven (7) years related experience in systems design and development including two (2) years in large scale technical product development.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong knowledge of ground operations policies and procedures. Strong human relations and communication skills.
