Facility Advisor
Description
Provides technical support, guidance and advice to senior facility representative, facility representatives, associate facility representatives and user groups.
Essential Functions
Provide the highest level of technical expertise to internal and external customers
Ensure compliance with applicable company, government and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with teams in projects that involve extensive cooperation and coordination between multiple departments across the enterprise or with external customers
Prepare written and/or verbal presentations or proposals on highly complex issues and deliver to a broad variety of audiences
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in construction, architecture or engineering.
Minimum Experience
Six (6) years related experience in construction architecture or engineering.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good human relations and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Skills: Contract Management, Project Management, Vendor Management, Facility Equipment Experience, Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $7,882.48 - $13,006.09 USD Monthly; Experience: 0-6 years ($7882-$9150), 6-10 years ($9200-$1044), 10-13 years ($10500-$11450), 13-16 years ($11500-$13006)
