This is an interview position.


Utilizes subject-matter-expert (SME) and demonstrated training leadership skills. Delivers training programs developed by the learning and development department (L&D) for Ground Operations. Acts as a liaison between Ground Operations and L&D for the purposes of needs analysis, subject matter expertise and just-in-time training and support.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

High school diploma/educational equivalent.

Demonstrated intermediate (standard) level proficiency in MS-Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Classroom instructional experience in a FedEx training environment preferred.

Four (4) years FedEx Express Ground Operations experience.

Thorough knowledge of and demonstrated abilities in COSMOS, IMS, FAMIS

Must possess a thorough knowledge of FedEx features of service, along with a working knowledge of internal FedEx policies and procedures as they apply to Ground Operations.

EXCEL/LEAP endorsed, or currently enrolled in, preferred.

Demonstated ability to handle stress and work in a self-managed environment.

Excellent human relations, customer relations and communication skills (oral, written and presentation).

Ability to successfully complete certification, recertification, and recurrency training, as required

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to work flexible hours

Moderate overnight travel (10%)

Must possess a valid drivers licence and have a good driving record.

Ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
