Finance Representative
Description
The Finance Representative supports FXL Europe’s financial operations by managing supplier and sales invoices, cash application, and customer communications. The role ensures timely and accurate processing, supports cash collection, and contributes to reducing billing issues and outstanding balances while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- High school education
- Knowledge of basic finance procedures
- Conversational English
- User-level skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Tasks:
- Record and verify incoming supplier invoices, prepare payments
- Create, archive, and distribute sales invoices
- Support cash application and local cash collection activities
- Provide invoice-related documents and resolve queries from customers and internal teams
- Collaborate with Operations, Credit, Collections, Accounts Payable, and Finance teams
- Monitor and follow up on billing issues and complaints
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Suggest process improvements
- Participate in finance-related projects
- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned
