Description

Provide technical advice and project leadership for the organization in defining, developing, implementing, and reviewing existing as well as proposed applications for major computer systems and data bases and provide systems and networking support.

This position is in the Financial Planning & Analysis organization. We use a fair number of Oracle EPM application and are looking to add a team member who can help mature this ecosystem as well as help develop integrations with other tools in our financial ecosystem. Ideal experience includes use of and development in Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), Business Rules, Substitution Variables, Data Load Rules, Calc Scripts, Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) and Essbase/SmartView. The following could also help in day-to-day execution of work: experience with Data Management, Data Flow, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Python, Linux and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).  The candidate should understand hierarchies and basic finance & accounting principles.

Essential Functions

  • Ensure Financial Best Practice Standards are present in the design. Assist with system financial reporting requirements and design.

  • Liaison for enhancements and troubleshooting between the finance and accounting functions and the technical team

  • Documentation for financial system processes, procedures and workflows

  • Maintain data integrity of Financial Systems by analyzing and validating data against industry-standard controls

  • Continuously evaluate the usage and performance of the Financial Systems tools

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent, in MIS, business, computer science or a related discipline.

Minimum Experience

Six (6) years’ experience in programming, systems consulting, systems analysis, or computer modeling which includes significant experience in the development of major computer systems on either PC based or mainframe systems. Knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and graphical presentation packages.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Basic knowledge and understanding of PC's, networking, and peripheral devices. Ability to analyze business operations and develop automated solutions. Strong human relations, communications, project management, analytical and organizational skills.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $7,094.23/month - $12,533.14/month
