FS Sales Leader
Description
Frontline leadership position responsible for the execution of sales growth and strategy for transportation services. The span of control includes sales and commercial development, new customer onboarding support, daily operations management, pricing and costing management, and teammate development.
Essential Functions
- Provide leadership oversight to the team by ensuring they are focused on goals and objectives to achieve performance expectations.
- Provide coaching and counseling to direct reports, being proactive to identify potential issues and developing action plans to mitigate risks to the business unit. Actively participate in leadership development activities, including succession planning and individual development planning within span of control
- Responsible to execute the Account Management and customer engagement strategies focusing on strategic/cross-opco accounts. Provide reporting to include Pipeline reporting and management, daily/weekly customer reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Education
Bachelors degree Business Administration, Management, Sales/Marketing, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, or related field
In lieu of related degree, a high school degree or GED and additional six (6) years related experience will be accepted
Minimum Experience
4+ years Sales experience in the transportation industry
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated leadership experience.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $56,780.00- $70,980.00 depending on years of experience.
