POSITION OVERVIEW:
Supports fuel procurement strategy related assignments, including program management over-site & monitoring activities and direct customer service activities. Carrys out administrative tasks associated with program management activities.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Assists with administrative tasks associated with vendor performance KPI's 
2.    Assists with administrative tasks associated with program management activities. 
3.    Actively uses quality tools, participating in activities that identify and implement enhancements to procurement and vendor administration processes, policies and systems.
4.    Uses appropriate system of records, monitoring, tracking and maintaining overall program, process and systems compliance.
5.    Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
6.    Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalence experience
•    Knowledge of business software, spreadsheet applications.
•    Good interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Evidence of organizational and time management skills.
•    Evidence of strong written and oral communication skills.
