Full Stack Developer Advisor

Description

Designs, codes, tests and deploys software in all layers of the development life cycle. Provides the necessary documentation. Works with databases, APIs, servers, networks and various programming languages. Designs software code using multiple programming languages. Tests newly developed software code. Documents code per the Company's processes. Mentors those in less senior positions. Perform other duties as assigned. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or information systems plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or 4 years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. The employer will alternatively accept a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or information systems plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 4 years of experience.

Requirements

The position requires experience with: Core Java/J2EE; Spring Boot; Enterprise Platform Java Microservices; DataStax database; Splunk – Analytics; App-PCF Services; TIBCO EMS. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. This position will be hybrid in Collierville, TN and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week. Employer will accept one (1) year of directly related experience in lieu of one (1) year of education.
