Full Stack Developer III

Description

Under limited supervision, designs, codes, tests and deploys software in all layers of the development life cycle. Provides the necessary documentation. Works with databases, APIs, servers, networks and various programming languages.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment in lieu of a Master's degree plus 1 year of experience. The position requires experience with: software development of enterprise level applications using Integrated Development Environments (Android Studio) and native mobile development tools and languages (Java Kotlin); Full Stack development experience that covers all app components at the client app layer, APIs/services layer and database layer; Agile methodology, serving as a developer on the Scrum Team with Agile process knowledge, Agile ceremonies and Agile planning; Development/Security/Operations (DevSecOps) experience supporting a full release pipeline from Source Code/Build Mgmt (Git) to deployment; Native mobile applications design and development experience working with common mobile capabilities like notifications, widgets and mobile payments. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Position allows for telecommuting from home within commuting distance of Plano, TX.
