Full Stack Developer III
Description
Under limited supervision, designs, codes, tests and deploys software in all layers of the development life cycle. Provides the necessary documentation. Works with databases, APIs, servers, networks and various programming languages.
Essential Funcctions
- Technical development position within a growth organization at FedEx which will positively influence & impact customers around the planet. - Promote Operational Excellence by ensuring proper use of tools and monitoring for all production services and applications.
- Create detailed design and features following solution architecture vision and ensure the solution meets the business objectives.
- Build product based on product owner’s expectations and following FedEx standards.
- Promote design patterns and proper usage of enterprise tools and utilities.
- Conduct code reviews and test execution with onsite and offshore team members.
- Streamline overall testing processes within the CI/CD delivery pipeline, identify opportunities working with release managers and architects.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for defect analysis and resolution (emails and meetings)
- Establishment of CI/CD using Autobann pipelines
- Establish automated test cases and golden test scenarios.
- Tactical - Keeping your own Core Development Skills honed/practiced (10%-40%)

- Java, Spring, XML, SQL, Weblogic
- SAFe Agile Process, CI/CD pipeline
- GitHub, Jenkin, Splunk, AppDynamic
- IaaS, and PaaS Architecture
- Microservices TechnologieEnterprise Architecture Best Practices (Reliability, Performance, Scalability, etc.)
- Leadership, Communication, and Organizational Skills
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Minimum Experience
Three years of qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment.
Domicile Information
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely may be available based on business needs. However, candidates who are local to Memphis, TN, will be expected to work in a hybrid capacity.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $7,094.23/month - $12,533.14/month
