Full Stack Developer-Senior II
Description
Responsible for designing and implementing user-facing features, developing server-side logic and databases, integrating third-party APIs, conducting testing and debugging, deploying applications, implementing security measures, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Liaison to our business architect to Plan, design, implement, and support IP-based call canter solutions.
- Develop and implement the technical architecture and physical design of the network.
- Analyse the existing voice and data networks and recommend solutions.
- Participate in various projects intended to continually improve/upgrade converge of Telephony platform.
- Provide day-to-day support for incidents, including managing and resolving problems and implementing change management processes.
- in debugging, troubleshooting of IP signalling traffic flows, Wireshark log with a focus on analysing SIP headers.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance system and application performance, including automating manual system tasks.
- Provide expertise API Integration and Data flows.
- Mentor team members in Cloud Native Build and Technical Tenants
- working experience in Agile methodologies
- Have ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Good understanding and ability of stakeholder management
- Escalation points for Blockers
- Tactical - Keeping your own Core Development Skills honed/practiced (10%-40%).

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
- Twelve (12-15) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment.
- A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirement.
- CCIE or CCNP or CCDP certification preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronics Engineering, MIS or related discipline
Experience: Relevant work experience in both front-end and back-end application design and development based on the following number of years:
Associate: Prior experience not required
Standard I: Two (2) years
Standard II: Three (3) years
Senior I: Four (4) years
Senior II: Five (5) years
