What will you do?

As a Gatekeeper, you are the operational link between the Control Room, Security and the Warehouse. You oversee the inbound and outbound flow of goods and ensure that the process runs efficiently, safely and according to operational priorities.

Working in rotating shifts, you are part of a critical control point within our operation and contribute directly to the stability and predictability of our processes.

You will:

  • Coordinate and monitor the inbound and outbound gate process.
  • Maintain oversight of operational flow, waiting times and bottlenecks.
  • Identify deviations and escalate them proactively to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Control Room, Warehouse and Security teams to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Contribute to a safe, structured and professional working environment.
  • Actively identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Your role ensures that the right freight moves through the operation at the right time and in the right way.

Your profile

  • MBO level of thinking and working.
  • Experience in a logistics or operational environment is a plus.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Decisive and able to perform under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of Dutch and/or English.
