Description
Job Duties
Coordinates and manage data for customs clearance for proper breakdown and analysis of international packages. Reconciles outgoing intl manifest for customs. Provides root cause analysis and point-of-failure research for failed international shipments. Compiles and analyzes statistical data on failed shipments, recommend action plan and provide this feedback.
Management to reduce worldwide package failures. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
High school/GED.
Minimum Experience
Eighteen (18) months FedEx experience as described in posting notes. PC experience required preferably in MS office.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of FedEx operations, systems and features of service. Good human relations and verbal communications skills.
Job Conditions
Ability to complete all basic and recurrence training.
