SORT operations
Bond in scans, segregation of Cleared shipments, SEZ, TP shipments, detain shipments, overage /excess landed shipments etc. make cons for these shipments. these activities are done in sterile area
Once X-ray cleared, do bond out scan, destination wise segregation

Custodian OSA
Arrival scan, weight record, query scan, x ray clearance, retrieval and tally, detention, storing in warehouse, ECCS (Customs scan compliance)
Form 1, 2 filing, etc.

What you will do:

  • Manage and process bond-in scans for various shipments (Cleared, SEZ, TP, detain, overage/excess) in the sterile area to ensure compliance with customs and security protocols.
  • Segregate and prepare shipments based on their clearance status and destination, including handling of cleared, detained, and excess shipments.
  • Perform bond-out scans and destination-wise segregation of shipments once X-ray cleared, ensuring accurate documentation and timely movement to the appropriate destinations.
  • Perform arrival scans, weight recording, and query scans to ensure accurate tracking and clearance of shipments, including X-ray clearance and retrieval/tallying of items for further processing.
  • Manage detention, storing in the warehouse, and ensure compliance with ECCS by filing Customs Forms 1 and 2, maintaining accurate documentation for regulatory adherence.
