Description

Provides guidance and support to internal and external customers regarding the effective management of business healthcare quality assurance.

Essential Functions

  • Plans, organizes, and directs the quality management processes and systems within the Healthcare Quality Organization. 
  • Provides guidance, support, and advice to multiple internal/external customers regarding the effective management of business healthcare quality assurance. 
  • Manages customer relationships to ensure alignment with quality expectations and to proactively address compliance requirements.
  • Project manages and oversees the conceptualization, planning, design, implementation and support of quality assurance processes, systems, and quality technology solutions. 
  • Evaluates and monitors healthcare quality processes and systems to identify areas for continuous improvement and transformation ensuring global excellence. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in healthcare quality or safety, transportation, business, information systems, computer science, science or other scientific or quantitative discipline.

Minimum Experience
Five (5) years’ minimum experience required in healthcare quality in manufacturing, laboratories or distribution or closely related experience and including experience in business, transportation, logistics or supply chain management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficient Office 365 skills required. Strong basic management, human relations, project management, analytical and communication skills required. Must possess strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. Ability to train, communicate and present clearly, both orally and written to all business levels. Must be able to collaborate with business areas, systems users, and technical developers. Knowledge in regulatory documentation compliance expectations.

Preferred Qualifications: Deep knowledge of Good Distribution Practice and/or Good Manufacturing Practice. The Advisor will drive Quality Assurance for FedEx Healthcare through supplier management, customer relationship building, deviation management, CAPA, and continuous improvement. Requires proven ability to collaborate across functions. Strong problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis expertise. Excellent communication for customer engagement and internal leadership reporting.

Pay Transparency:

Pay: US Pay Transparency: $6,168.90/month - $13,571.58/month (E26) Relocation is not available for this position

Additional Details: Desired locations are Anchorage, AK; Newark, NJ & Los Angeles, CA. Position may be located anywhere w/in the US excluding Hawaii & US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
