HR Executive Coordinator
Description
The HR Executive Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the Chief People Officer. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective management of office operation, preparing and maintaining key reporting deliverables and serves as a key point of coordination across HR activities, maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and organizational excellence.
Essential Functions
Oversee day-to-day executive office operations
Prepare, analyze and distribute recurring and ad-hoc HR reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Process HR-related invoices and expense submissions in alignment with financial controls
Manage HR contracts, including execution, tracking, renewals and vendor coordination
Support the Chief People Officer in all preparation of Board meetings, including assembly of materials, logistics coordination and deadline management
Provide administrative and project support to the CPO including coordination of activities across major cross-functional initiatives
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree/equivalent
Minimum Experience
Four (4) years of office management, project management, and/or contract management
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications.
Customer service skills are necessary to effectively and professionally respond to requests.
Verbal and written communication skills are necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information.
Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment. handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.
Demonstrated ability to control confidential information
Track record of effectively partnering with and supporting senior executives at the C-suite level.
Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience providing direct support to executive leadership, Demonstrated ability to develop executive-level presentations and slide decks.

Pay: Memphis, TN Pay Range: $5,152.82/month - $8,244.52/month. Internal Compensation Grade FEC_E24
