HR Quality Control Specialist
Description
Provides support and administers human resources services for one or more functional areas according to policies and procedures. Provides quality assurance and ensures system integrity. Gathering information, processing various paperwork, forms, and records, auditing and preparing reports. Responds to routine and non-routine questions regarding human resources policies and procedures.
Essential Functions
- Provides customer service and support for internal and external customers.
- Audits, reviews, and processes human resources paperwork and forms
- Researches issues and provides resolution.
- Builds, runs, reviews, and publishes regular-scheduled and ad-hoc reports detailing performance of the sourcing and selection process or supporting research or executive initiatives. Identifies trends & anomalies, identifies relationships between process changes and performance data. Automates and improves reporting wherever possible and provides training to others on reporting.
- Trains new and current staff and serves as a resource for other employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Education
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Experience
Four (4) years experience in Human Resources or related area.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications.
General business skills and ability to follow detailed instructions to complete routine procedures and/or operate standard equipment.
Customer service skills necessary to effectively and professionally respond to requests.
Verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information.
Ability to effectively provide instruction on process and practice within the department.
Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.
Ability to troubleshoot issues, draw resources, and develop solutions.
Knowledge of concepts, practices, policies and procedures related to human resources.
Job Conditions
Overtime may be required
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with government agencies, attention to detail, familiar with the I-9 process, intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $22.11/hour - $36.85/hour Colorado Pay Range: $23.34/hour - $35.31/hour New York Pay Range: $23.34/hour - $36.85/hour New York City Pay Range: $29.48/hour - $36.85/hour
