As a FedEx Intern, you will be working on projects gaining you valuable, real-world experience in a professional environment as it relates to your field of study.

Essential Functions

  • Ability to analyze business data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support decision making and improve operational outcomes.

  • Present and deliver long-term solutions that will have significant impacts to the business and/or customer experience.

  • Participates in various networking and/or community service events.

  • Assist with program planning tasks, documentation, meeting notes, and tracking key milestones, risks, and dependencies

  • Partner with program managers and analysts to organize information needed for governance reviews and decision making.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Skills Considered a Plus

  • Experience or coursework with Power BI

  • Basic knowledge of Python

  • Familiarity with Agile or program management concepts.

  • Exposure to data visualization, process mapping, or analytics tools.

  • MBA in progress preferred, but not required

Additional Details

Summer 2026 Internship - Availability to work 40 hours/week for a 10-week program, June 8th - August 14th.  Resume should include information: email address, telephone number, name of college/university, degree, major, GPA, date of intended graduation (month & year).

Minimum Education

Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college/university obtaining a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Degree: Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Business Analytics, Management, Finance, Economics, Information Security/Science/Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or other related major.

Minimum Experience

No experience required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work productively and proactively, both independently and as a part of a team.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills.

Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.

Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with across business units and to all levels of management.

Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations.

Pay Transparency:

Pay: Salary is $25/hour for undergraduates and $30/hour for graduates. A $2,000 stipend is available for those relocating over 50 miles for an on-site or hybrid internship or co-op experience.
