Intern - Paralegal Summer 2026
Description
Provide assistance to the legal staff.
Perform legal research, analysis and summary of complex reports for review by an attorney.
Assist attorneys in planning, organizing, coordinating and tracking programs and projects associated with various legal matters handled in the legal department.
Draft legal documents and correspondence for review and approval by attorneys.
Responds to requests for information of other departments and prepares appropriate reports and memoranda.
Provides timely assistance to the company’s outside counsel as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Actively pursuing a paralegal certification or a degree in paralegal studies. .
Minimum Experience
Prior paralegal experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent research and writing skills.
Strong organization, human relations, communication and computer skills.
Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Job Conditions
Hours may vary due to organizational need.
Preferred Qualifications: Candidates should have or be in the process of attaining a paralegal certification or a degree in paralegal studies. Paralegal experience is preferred. Relativity experience is preferred.

Actual pay is determined by several job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, including, but not limited to, experience relative to the job, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment.
Pay: Salary is $25/hour for undergraduates and $30/hour for graduates. A $2,000 stipend is available for those relocating over 50 miles for an on-site or hybrid internship or co-op experience.
Additional Details: This is a hybrid position located in Pittsburgh, PA.
