Description
We are seeking a motivated intern to support process performance and compliance enhancement initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting field studies, identifying improvement opportunities, developing tools, supporting implementation, and assisting in audits. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and ensure adherence to standards.
Work Location: Kwun Tong, Hong Kong
Intake: July 2025
Duration: 6 months
Function: Operations (You will be reporting to Operations Managing Director.)

We welcome students or recent graduates from diverse academic backgrounds who are:
Available to join us in July 2025
Preferred fields of study include Engineering, Operations Management, Information Technology or Data Analytics (Especially this role involves tool development and performance tracking)
Equipped with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Eager to achieve performance improvement through technology
Familiarity with tools like Advanced Excel, Power BI, or AI tools can also be advantageous
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive meaningful performance improvements
Conduct field studies to identify improvement areas
Propose and develop practical solutions and tools
Support implementation of initiatives and follow through with audits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement using technologies and automation tools
Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and design, implement automation projects to enhance operational efficiency and safety, utilizing tools, e.g. Microsoft PowerAutomate
