Overview
The Migration & Support plays a key role in ensuring smooth transitions of content and data to new platforms. This role combines content migration, project management support, quality assurance, and automation development to help teams achieve accuracy, efficiency, and consistency during migration projects.

Experience: Prior experience not required

Education: Student of 2-year college diploma or equivalent (‘A’ levels, Junior College Diploma, etc.) or above


Responsibilities

  • Content & Article Migration
    • Assist in moving articles and documents from legacy systems to new platforms.
    • Review, format, and update content based on provided guidelines.
    • Identify outdated information, broken links, and formatting issues.
    • Coordinate with content owners to verify accuracy.

  • Project Management Support
    • Organize and track migration tasks across teams.
    • Gather updates and maintain project trackers.
    • Prepare simple progress reports and assist with documentation.

  • Quality Check & Review
    • Perform checks to ensure migrated content is accurate and complete.
    • Flag errors or mismatches and follow up with teams for resolution.
    • Maintain quality checklists and contribute to improvement discussions.
  • Automation Application Development
    • Support creation of automation applications with training and guidance provided.
    • Contribute to efficiency improvements through automation solutions.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree student in Business Admin/IT with 3.50 CPGA and above
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
  • Basic project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and document formatting.
  • Willingness to learn and apply automation tools with guidance.
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on support work, thrives in structured processes, and is eager to learn automation tools. It offers exposure to both content management and project coordination, while building skills in quality assurance and automation development.
