Outstanding Internal Communications Advisor Wanted!
We're seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Advisor with a journalist's instinct for compelling storytelling and a strategic mindset to drive business outcomes. As a key member of our Communications team, you'll develop and execute internal communications strategies that engage, inform, and inspire employees across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a regional Internal Communications strategy that drives business outcomes
Deliver programs to drive employee clarity and action around business objectives
Optimize owned channels (intranet, video, content assets) using a data-driven approach
Create compelling stories and angles that raise awareness of our transformation and drive employee engagement
Create and manage internal events and forums that deliver on our objectives
Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on internal communications and reputation management
Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to amplify our message
What You'll Bring:
12+ years of corporate communications experience, preferably with both internal and external communications leadership
Ability to connect business strategy and simplify complex concepts into clear, concise messaging
Creative thinker with experience in crafting engaging content that resonates with employees
Journalistic flair for storytelling and finding strong angles that capture employee attention
Experience working in a fast-paced multi-national organization.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills that captivate and engage diverse audiences
Proven track record in implementing internal comms programs at a regional level that drive results
Strong relationship management skills and ability to build relationships across diverse internal constituencies
Experience with digital intranet channels and multimedia storytelling
Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with ability to thrive under pressure.
A resourceful and results-driven professional who can work independently, navigating complexity and ambiguity to deliver high-impact results.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
Proven analytical skills and ability to measure effectiveness of internal comms programs
Experience working with senior management and providing strategic counsel on internal communications
