Job Description Summary:

  • Assists in the planning, coordination, and execution of the dissemination of financial and general information of FedEx Corporation to shareholders and the financial community.
  • Ensures that investors understand the company's strategy and operations and that investor concerns are conveyed to senior management.

Essential Functions:

  • Assists Investor Relations management in investor engagement.
  • Leads Investor Relations' financial analysis initiatives and competitor analysis.
  • Assists in quarterly earnings preparation process for executive management.
  • Prepares and distributes communications emails to investors and analysts.
  • Distributes relevant analyst reports, transcripts, and investor topic summaries to management.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure disclosures are accurate, complete, and comply with SEC regulations.
  • Assists with the planning of investor days, non-deal roadshows, and annual meeting of stockholders.
  • Leads or participates in special projects, including ad-hoc financial analysis.
  • Assists in preparation of presentations for investor engagement.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in finance, economics or accounting.
  • MBA, CFA, and/or IRC preferred.

Minimum Experience:

  • Five (5) years’ experience in financial analysis, accounting, financial reporting, or portfolio management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Knowledge of legal aspects of financial disclosures.
  • FedEx or investor relations experience.
  • Intellectual curiosity.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under a deadline.
  • Strong executive presence.
