This is an interview position


To provide one stop personalized service to clients with complex shipping requirements, including those accounts designated as Global or Worldwide accounts. Takes ownership and is accountable for the resolution of customer issues and problems to ensure increased customer satisfaction, loyalty and overall superior customer experience.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

College diploma/equivalent.

Two (2) years FedEx Customer Service experience in a high volume and demanding environment and working knowledge of customer service systems e.g. CHEERS, CERPS.

Thorough knowledge of FedEx procedures, features of service, and IMS/COSMOS systems.

Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to handle stress, and work in a self-managed environment.

Willing to work different schedules and holidays based on business needs.

Some travel required.

Additional Details: Posting down on July 2, 2025. Note: candidates must be fluent in French and can be based at any Canadian Call Centre. This is a temporary position for a period up to 12 months.
