General Job Description
- Provides detailed advice to senior/executive management on current and emerging systems, trends, practices, opportunities and risks relating to complex, region/division wide, business critical processes.
- Delivers analysis, interpretation and application of complex process information in order to influence optimal business decisions.
- Leads high impact cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Is future oriented and drives process planning and process implementation.
- Influences and supports cross-functional project teams in order to achieve optimal results for the business
- Sources data and information from internal or external subject matter experts as required. Determines and drives the need for research as well as methods and procedures to be used.
- Conducts systematic in-depth research and analysis into issues of varying complexity within regarding relevant processes/sub-processes.
- Initiates, defines and leads the development and communication of effective reports to key stakeholders, including senior/executive management
- Identifies, initiates and drives goal setting and planning activities.
- Coordinates cross functionally and across divisions to validate, negotiate, consolidate and communicate goals.
- Develops and presents process implementation plans for region or division to senior/executive management.
- Critically reviews business cases/plans across regions and divisions and identifies leverage opportunities and cross project dependencies.
- Advises senior/executive team of trends/changes and developments in relevant processes, along with recommended actions.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum education:

Bachelor's degree/equivalent
Proficient in English

Minimum experience:
Five to ten (5 - 10) years related experience.
