"Applies specialist knowledge in performing and reviewing specific processes and procedures within and across departments, to support achievement of regional, divisional and corporate goals. Participates/leads in the design, development and implementation of processes within area of expertise.
As the position moves toward Senior level, incumbents will increasingly:
• Work on activities with higher impact and/or complexity,
• Have a broader geographical scope from regional, to divisional and corporate level,
• Have more regular contact with senior or executive management,
• Complete tasks independently, without guidance,
• Support or coordinate peers within department or deliver training to internal customers,
• Initiate and lead projects, including cross functional projects."

PROPOSITO DEL CARGO:

Aplicación de conocimientos que pueden incluir: brindar asesoramiento especializado a los empleados a la gerencia o los clientes; administrar o mantener sistemas o procesos; completar proyectos para desarrollar o cambiar sistemas o procesos según corresponda.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:

Dentro de las principales responsabilidades del cargo encontramos:

1. Liderar procesos internos de auditoría en todo Chile, con foco en identificar oportunidades de mejora y riesgos operativos. Planificar planes de auditoría.

2. Hacer seguimiento a los puntos de auditorías y asegurar el cierre de los puntos

3. Evaluar riesgos e identificar controles existentes o por establecer, en línea con nuestras políticas corporativas y locales.

4. Mantener, construir y actualizar las matrices de riesgo.

5. Detectar transacciones con posibles focos de fraude o errores en los procesos.

6. Analizar paquetes en jaulas de clientes y mercancías DG en nuestras estaciones.

7. Preparar informes para la Gerencia de Operaciones y la Gerencia General.

8. Revisar resoluciones o normativas que puedan impactar nuestra operación (por ejemplo, normativa DG).

9. Gestionar la comunicación con el equipo de controles internos de LAC

CONOCIMIENTOS, EXPERIENCIA, HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS PARA EL CARGO:

Estudios Universitarios: Ingeniería Civil Industrial o Ingeniería Comercial o similar.

Experiencia de 3 (tres) años de experiencia en cargos similares

Inglés intermedio – avanzado

Excel avanzado (excluyente)

Experiencia en Data Analytics y Power BI

Habilidades: Precisión y atención al detalle, resolución de problemas, influencia y persuasión, comunicación verbal y escrita, interpersonales
