  • Coordinate and align cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, IT, Finance, automation vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Perform impact assessments and evaluate operational throughput, capacity planning, financial implications, and resource requirements of sortation and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to resolve complex operational and system integration challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Ensure disciplined project governance, documentation, and progress tracking in accordance with PMO standards.

You Will Be a Great Fit If

  • Minimum 7–9 years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects in logistics, warehouse automation, engineering, infrastructure, or operations-driven environments.
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse sortation systems, including automated conveyors, cross-belt sorters, tilt-tray sorters, scanning technologies, and WMS/WCS system integration.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, throughput optimization, capacity modeling, and automation deployment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Strong expertise in project governance, risk management, and structured progress reporting.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills, with experience engaging senior and executive leadership.
