Description
Shift: Flexible hours between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
Location: Distribution Parkway, Collierville, TN
General Summary
Serves in a leadership role for other Quality Assurance employees by providing oversight and operational direction. Creating, updating and recording the quality metrics of work completed by the repair operations, as well as support areas. Primary Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains internal quality reporting tools using various systems.
- Uses research, operational knowledge and reporting to provide root cause analyses and feedback to operations on quality actions and solutions.
- Provides trending analyses and identifies variations/abnormalities in the data working alongside the operation.
- Prepares formal management reports and tracks quality information.
- Acts as a liaison between management and operations personal in coordinating and auditing quality objectives.
- Works with internal and external customers as needed.
- Leads QDM projects along with various teams to drive improvements in the operation.
- Resolves complex issues relating to the day-to-date quality activities by auditing errors completed by team members.
- Reviews quality issues with training department and management to improve overall process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
- Five (5) years’ experience performing related work in an operational and/or technical environment.
- Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Microsoft Office, creating reports, providing feedback and aligning with peer teams to ensure accuracy of information required.
- Experience dealing with macros, formulas, pivot tables, etc.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) to organize ideas and to make clear, logical and persuasive presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective relationships with management.

Working Conditions
Work is performed in a general warehouse environment on a concrete surface with adequate lighting. Temperatures can be very hot during the summer months and very cold during the winter months. Workspace can be very dusty and occasionally noisy due to traffic of motorized vehicles operating.
