Description
Job Duties
Provides technical leadership and direction through the planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance as well as emergency work orders. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
High School Diploma/GED. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Minimum Experience
Two (2) Years’ experience at a FedEx Express facility as Sr. Technician or equivalent and 12 months of experience as a Sr. Technician in the specific site code within the last 24 months prior to start date. Must possess and maintain certifications and/or licenses associated with the assigned skill group.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Working knowledge of excel spreadsheets, Microsoft word, MCIS, Mix, Logos and CFM Required. Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling including areas such as preventative maintenance and materials is preferred. AIM qualified and QDM Apprentice level or higher preferred. Must have the ability to interpret blueprints and specifications. Must be able to communicate effectively to the assigned skill group.
Job Conditions
Must be willing to work weekends, odd work weeks and variable shifts. Non-covered safety sensitive position. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
