Legal Asst
Description
Performs secretarial and other related clerical duties in the Legal Division. Provides administrative support to lawyers, legal department management and legal staff and/or legal processes including all disciplines within the Legal Division. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
High school diploma/GED
Minimum Experience
Four (4) years related experience with 1 year of experience in a legal organization. PC experience required, preferably with MS Office.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficient typing skills required with excellent spelling, punctuation and English grammar skills. Ability to prioritize assignments and effectively communicate verbally and in writing required. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team required.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with litigation is considered a plus.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $22.11/hour - $36.85/hour Colorado Pay Range: $23.34/hour - $35.31/hour New York Pay Range: $23.34/hour - $36.85/hour New York City Pay Range: $29.48/hour - $36.85/hour
Additional Details: This position is a hybrid position based in Irvine, CA.
