GENERAL SUMMARY:

On an assigned basis provides legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its affiliates to ensure their effective operation in accordance with federal, provincial and local laws. Provides support to the Legal Counsel II.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- LL.B. Degree from an approved Law school.

- Admission to the Ontario Bar.

- Excellent research and writing skills.

- Strong negotiation, human relations and communications skills.
