Description
To Provide Legal Counsel And Advice To The Corporation And Its Subsidiaries To Ensure Their Effective Operation In Accordance With Federal, State And Local Laws. Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills: Accuracy & Attention to Detail; Influencing & Persuasion Skills; Analytical Skills; Problem Solving Skills. Excellent Research And Writing Skills. Strong Negotiation, Human Relations And Communication Skills.
Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from an Accredited Bar Association (ABA). Accredited law school and admission to the bar or equivalent in local country. Superior academic record. Language: Proficiency in English
Experience: Three to four (3-4) years Legal Experience And Demonstrated Competency In Area Of Legal Specialization. Superior Academic Record.
