Description
Provides Legal Counsel and advice to the Corporation and its subsidiaries to ensure their effective operation in accordance with Federal, State And Local Laws.
Essential Functions
- Provides legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries to ensure their effective operation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Juris Doctorate degree from an Accredited Bar Association (ABA). Accredited law school and admission to the bar or equivalent in local country.
Minimum Experience
Four to Six (4-6) years’ experience and demonstrated competency relevant to area of legal specialization.
Superior academic record.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Accuracy and attention to detail; influencing & persuasion skills; analytical skills; problem solving skills.
Excellent research and writing skills.
Strong negotiation, human relations, and communication skills.
Language proficiency in English.

Additional Details: Dual admission with a J.D. in both a U.S. and LATAM jurisdiction, or licensed to practice in Puerto Rico or Louisiana. Full professional proficiency in Spanish & English. Experience in LAC operations at a multinational company. Based in Miami, FL, or P.R.
