Description

Involves ensuring compliance with the commercial, operational and administrative processes of the retail access points in charge, which leads to the fulfillment of predicted sales objectives, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.

General job description:
• Assists customer by tracing packages, answering questions regarding FEC products and services and providing over-the-counter Monitoring the correct documentation and handling of shipments, audits of packages received to be delivered in a timely manner.
• Ensures that the access points in his/her charge have the material resources for the execution of their functions, performing inventory audits, providing the necessary supplies to carry out the daily documentation and packaging of the shipments, verifying that the equipment is maintained of the branches.
• Monitors the staff attendance, compliance with the opening and closing times of the branches, making visits to all retail access points, monitoring the maintenance and image of the branch.
• Holds meetings to review results vs. the plan with each of the assigned branches.
• Implements the correct service standards, also executing improvement programs.
• Makes a calendar for the application of the program, implementing and monitoring improvement actions, preparing reports and requests for major repairs, as well as controlling the budget and expenses of the program.
• Complies with the budget, improvements, controlling income / expenses, optimizing profitability, making the billing and corresponding deposits of the branch.
• Procures the care of the facilities and materials of the branch, replenishing the necessary materials and following up on the brand guidelines.
• Follows up on the training calendar, maintaining communication with the training staff for the correct application and execution of the program if required and executing the program with current and new employees.
• Executes improvement actions regarding schedules, documentation caps, collection windows, shipping documentation, supporting the correct operation of the operation in WSCs, Commissioners and FASC sales leads.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Education:

• High School degree/Equivalent.
• Ability to speak and write English required (600 TOEIC points).
                                                      
Minimum Experience:
• Two (two) years' experience related to customer service in a service environment/industry.
• More than three years previous experience in Retail field.

Minimum Required Skills:
• Planning & Organizational Skills with the ability to determine & co-ordinate sequences of tasks for self & others
• Good interpretation skills with experience of translating customer specific instructions into actual requirements
• Basic skills in using technology e.g. scanner /printer / intranet etc with the ability to perform basic maintenance tasks
• Good general office skills required including typing, filing and Microsoft Office & PC Skills.
• Excellent communication and human relations skills
• Clear and articulate speaking voice
• Clean cut and neat appearance
• Able to work variable shifts
• Accuracy & Attention to Detail
• Written & Verbal Communication Skills
