Description

Involves the completion of administrative tasks and coordination relating to the front-line operation which may include data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, dispatch activities and local customer service. While operational tasks may be part of these roles, the majority of time is spent on office-based activities.

General job description:
Under general guidance completes the following activities:
• Ensure receipt and egress of material and/or products from the warehouse are registered in the systems according to the established procedures, to ensure that the inventories are up-to-date and correct and to provide timely and quality service to customers.
• Analyzes information for review and monitoring of the operating process.
• Generates internal operational reports and/or according to customer requests.
• Monitors transportation services to ensure that the contracted services are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Manages and safeguards customer documents.
• Carry out very specific value-added activities such as: Testing of mobile teams, handling of values, among others.
• Prepares documentation and information to support billing.
• Gives attention to Clients in person, email, and by phone, direct attention to complaints and escalations by Clients.
• Tracks critical deliveries through systems
• Management of tracking systems.
• Reception and management of new and/or existing requirements from the client
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma
• Proficiency in English                                                          

Minimum Experience:
• Two (2) years related experience
  Previous experience on Inventory control
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

Minimum Required Skills:
•Good interpersonal relationship.
•Intermediate Excel.
• Great verbal and written communication skills, organization, dynamic, creative and proactive.
• Ability to work with goals and deadlines        
• Knowledge of inventory routines. 
• Accuracy & Attention to Detail,
• Microsoft Office & PC Skills,
• Planning & Organizing Skills,
• Interpersonal Skills,
• Problem Solving Skills   
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. (32 kgs) and to maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs. (68 kgs) with appropriate equipment
