This position is essential to maintain the strategic focus, operational execution, and customer-centric approach of the Marketing Mexico team. The Marketing Advisor plays a critical role in sustaining and growing the business, contributing directly to the performance and success of both domestic and international markets.

We are seeking a Marketing Advisor to join our Marketing Mexico team. This role is critical to ensuring the continuity, focus, and efficiency of our marketing analysis, and business intelligence strategies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and data-driven marketer, capable of translating insights into impactful, volume-driving initiatives that support both consumer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

  • Continuously monitor macro and micro market trends, emerging business models, and competitor dynamics through advanced analytics and real-time dashboards.
  • Collect, integrate, and analyze large datasets across internal and external sources to produce strategic market intelligence and drive business recommendations.
  • Conduct in-depth financial modeling, predictive forecasting, and scenario planning to support go-to-market strategies and long-term planning.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable intelligence through executive-ready reports and dynamic visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Partner with research agencies and internal teams to design custom market studies, define hypotheses, and apply statistical methods to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Perform ongoing capability assessments and gap analyses across business units, identifying key levers for revenue and margin improvement.
  • Lead analysis of product and project performance by developing KPIs, attribution models, and insights frameworks that guide investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data and analytics requirements for tools and systems supporting Product and Business Development initiatives

Customer Experience & Commercial Enablement (Business Intelligence Focus)

  • Lead omnichannel customer journey analysis by leveraging data to identify pain points, measure impact, and optimize service strategies through actionable insights.
  • Ensure data-driven execution of marketing plans, customer segmentation, and commercial enablement programs, aligning with customer behavior and performance metrics.
  • Design and implement analytics frameworks to measure and enhance the end-to-end customer experience across product, marketing, and technology touchpoints.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize customer-facing improvements using quantitative methods predictive modeling.
  • Develop dashboards and performance tracking tools to drive excellence in customer operations and continuously improve experience delivery.

Internal Collaboration & Development

  • Partner closely with the Commercial and Strategy teams to translate business objectives into data-driven growth initiatives, using forecasting models and performance analytics.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand commercial needs and deliver insights through BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Excel, internal tools).
  • Provide analytical support for the creation and evaluation of promotional content and campaign performance, working with media agencies to refine targeting and ROI.
  • Support capability building within the team by mentoring junior analysts and promoting the use of advanced analytics, automation, and self-service BI tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related function.
  • Proven success in designing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Experience leading market research, working with data, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and customer experience strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) 950 pts TOEIC.
