LM476: Sr Marketing Specialist
Description
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Five (5) years professional marketing or sales working experience in a Corporate environment of which one (1) year must be in marketing. International Marketing experience preferred. Desktop publishing skills preferred. Fluency in English.
- Provide in-depth pricing analysis to identify margin improvement opportunities and revenue leakages.
- Partner with sales, finance, and product teams to develop optimized pricing models and discounting frameworks.
- Lead pricing simulations, elasticity studies, and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns with accurate, timely pricing recommendations.
- Enhance governance and compliance with pricing policies through robust reporting and insights.
- Monitor pricing performance and recommend adjustments based on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive movements.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with pricing tools and data visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, elasticity analysis, and scenario planning.
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of commercial strategy, product lifecycles, and customer segmentation.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, ability to synthesize complex data, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication of insights.
- Languages: Proeficiency in English
