LM548: Project / Process Analyst

Description

Acts as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s). Supports management with the analysis, interpretation and application of complex information, contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals. Supports or leads projects by applying area of expertise.

Under general supervision, Responsible for basic Project Management Activities of low to medium complexity IT Project(s), or Support of More Senior Level Project Management Staff for High Complexity Projects, Basic Project Management Activities Include Development & Maintenance of Project Schedules,Status Reporting, Issue Management, & Other Tasks Required to Effectively Manage & Monitor a Project through to Successful Completion (On Time, within Budget, Adhering to High Quality Standards, & Meeting Customer Expectations), Tracks Project Spending Against Budgets, Drafts & Reviews Documentation in Compliance with Fedex Global Development Process & Ensures all Project Deliverables are in Compliance with the Fedex Global Development Process, Develops &/or Executes Text Scripts. Areas of responsibility include: Regional IT, Field IT, Infrastructure, Business Continuity International, Strategic Planning International, Information Security International, Application Development, Regional IT & Field IT, Customer Integrations, Application Development International 

Good Analytical Skills, Planning & Organizing Skills, Project Management Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Accuracy & Attention to Detail - Associates Degree/equivalent required in Business or Computer Science, or related discipline. Project Administration Experience -2+ years experience in field/industry; 1 year experience with FedEx preferred
