LM561: Assoc Industrial Engineer

Description

To perform Industrial Engineering work on an entry level with assignments planned to provide experience and familiarize with FedEx methods, practices, policies and rules_x000D_
_x000D_
Gathers and organizes data for analysis. Performs time and motions studies under direct supervision. Assists in other I.E. projects and studies things such as cost control, inventory control, expansion analysis, service record systems, or cost reduction. Reviews sources of information to ensure accuracy of data used in I.E. projects. Assists in the study of methods for utilization of facilities or personnel. Prepares operating plans for stations with station management. Prepares operating plans from management information systems outlining potential problem areas. Monitors productivity, service and cost performance, and assists field/station personnel in implementing required changes.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other quantitative discipline. Knowledge of Computer Systems/Programming preferred. Good communication and analytical skills. Fluent in English.

Requisitos:

• 2 años de experiencia y conocimientos en el área de logística., optimización de redes de distribución buscando mejoras en tiempo de tránsito, costo y niveles de servicio, analisis directo en operaciones campo.
• Excel intermedio avanzado.
• Analitico
• Interacción con gerencia y personal operativo.
• Ingles minimo 600 ptos. toeic.
