Description
To plan, organize, and control the sales organization to ensure achievement of objectives established in the business plan and responsible for sales of FedEx products and services to local and multinational customers, agents, forwarders, and brokers._x000D_

Ensures established revenue goal is achieved within the framework of capital and operating budgets. Takes full responsibility for operating budget. Implements and monitors all necessary products and sales plans to achieve corporate/regional/district goals. Identifies new accounts and competitive activities, develops, implements, and monitors plans to increase market share and penetration. Ensures specific revenue producing programs are developed including feedback and information on the opening of new cities and countries. Ensures that good judgment and analysis is exercised in pricing products, services, and in the implementation of optional pricing programs. Schedules periodic meetings with country manager and sales personnel to review and address any sales and marketing related issues. Selects, trains, develops, motivates, and manages Sales Executives. Ensures that fair and challenging sales objectives are provided to the sales staff while ensuring sales goals are met through close monitoring, coaching, and joint sales calls. Monitors and prepares sales activity reports to evaluate attainment of sales goals and plan for necessary action.
Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent. Five (5) years professional commercial or industrial sales experience, preferably in related industry. Three (3) years of management experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is required. Strong human relations, planning, and organizational skills are required. MAESTRO certification required.
